A downside to work flexibility? Schedule control and its link to work-family stress

According to new research out of the University of Toronto, people who have more schedule control at work tend to report more blurring of the boundaries between work and the other parts of their lives, especially family-related roles. BMO donates $2.5 million to the University of Toronto to expand student access to higher learning
TORONTO, ON – The University of Toronto announced today that BMO Financial Group has donated $2.5 million to support the expansion and renovation of the Rotman School of Management and to improve access to higher education for students from disadvantaged communities or non-traditional educational backgrounds. Human-powered ornithopter becomes first ever to achieve sustained flight
TORONTO, ON – Aviation history was made when the University of Toronto’s human-powered aircraft with flapping wings became the first of its kind to fly continuously.
