TORONTO, ON – This Sep­tem­ber, U of T’s three cam­pus­es will come alive as more than 80,000 stu­dents and 15,000 fac­ul­ty and staff descend on Canada’s pre­mier uni­ver­si­ty for the com­ing aca­d­e­m­ic year.

• Around 80,000 stu­dents will pur­sue their degrees at Uni­ver­si­ty of Toron­to this year. That’s about twice the pop­u­la­tion of the North­west Ter­ri­to­ries

• U of T’s under­grad­u­ate pop­u­la­tion, at around 65,600, out­num­bers the pop­u­la­tion of Green­land

- Under­grads com­ing to U of T would fill the Roger’s Cen­tre and the Air Cana­da Cen­tre, at the same time

- Under­grads at St. George cam­pus out­num­ber the pop­u­la­tion of Char­lot­te­town, PEI
