Government to support project to profile war veterans, key Canadians

TORONTO, ON – The Depart­ment of Cana­di­an Her­itage will make an impor­tant announce­ment at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Toron­to next week regard­ing a project that chron­i­cles the lives of Cana­di­an war vet­er­ans and oth­er impor­tant nation­al fig­ures.

The announce­ment will hap­pen just ahead of Remem­brance Day on Mon­day, Novem­ber 7 at 10 a.m. at Hart House at U of T. A tour of the university’s Sol­diers’ Tow­er will fol­low.
