U of T community to gather in rememberance

TORONTO, ON – The University of Toronto’s annual Remembrance Day ceremony on the main campus will take place on Friday, November 11 from 10:20 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the foot of the Soldiers’ Tower at Hart House Circle. Engineers Solve Energy Puzzle

U of T’s Goldring Centre for high performance sport gets final nod

TORONTO, ON - The University of Toronto’s Governing Council gave the final stamp of approval on November 27 to build the Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport. A state-of-the-art hub for sport and exercise research, sport medicine, training and competition, the facility will bring a much-needed resource to U of T and Ontario. Ontario’s first lesbian and gay rights group honoured

TORONTO, ON – The University of Toronto Homophile Association, the province’s first group to rally around lesbian and gay rights, was honoured yesterday at a ceremony that marked their historic formation in 1969. Government to support project to profile war veterans, key Canadians

Rotman Professor Receives grant from Sloan Foundation

TORONTO, ON - A professor at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management has received a $976,000 (US) grant from the Alfred P.
