Toronto ranked fourth most livable city in the world

Toron­to has, again, been named one of the most liv­able cities in the world. But, the rank­ing — doled out Thurs­day by the data arm of the Econ­o­mist — high­lights one area where the city is com­ing up short: infra­struc­ture. “This is con­sis­tent with what we’ve known about Toron­to for a long time, said Mat­ti Siemi­aty­c­ki, a geog­ra­phy and plan­ning pro­fes­sor at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Toron­to.
