Toronto has, again, been named one of the most livable cities in the world. But, the ranking — doled out Thursday by the data arm of the Economist — highlights one area where the city is coming up short: infrastructure. “This is consistent with what we’ve known about Toronto for a long time, said Matti Siemiatycki, a geography and planning professor at the University of Toronto.
