Renowned educator Charles Pascal offers blueprint for using schools to fight racism

The rising racial tensions in Canada, the U.S. and many other parts of the world this year have been a great source of distress for Charles Pascal. The former Ontario deputy minister of education has watched turbulent racial crises unfold in the past and says he is frustrated to see how little has changed today.
