Canada’s pop­u­la­tion is quick­ly aging, writes a doc­tor from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Toron­to’s Temer­ty Temer­ty Fac­ul­ty of Med­i­cine. Some 750,000 Cana­di­ans cur­rent­ly have Alzheimer’s dis­ease or oth­er forms of demen­tia. This fig­ure is expect­ed to dou­ble with­in 15 years. Read more…
