Economy or first class? University of Toronto study shows seat sections biggest predictor of air rage

The study, by Katy DeCelles, who is an asso­ciate pro­fes­sor at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Toron­to, and Michael Nor­ton of Har­vard Busi­ness School, ana­lyzed thou­sands of flights on a large inter­na­tion­al air­line over sev­er­al years and found that inequal­i­ty between seat class­es is the largest sin­gle con­trib­u­tor to air rage.
