May 14, 2015
TORONTO, ON – A new group of MBA students have joined the Rotman School of Management’s Impact Consulting Group where they will provide high value strategy consulting to clients at competitive rates.
The team combines a diverse range of professional backgrounds, including law, finance, retail management, consulting, and political strategy, to find innovative ways to help their clients. “Our team has experience in many industries and functions enabling us to analyze problems from many perspectives – this will definitely help us design successful solutions for clients,” said Natalia Escobar, an incoming Impact Partner and former corporate lawyer in Colombia.
Founded in 1972, Impact selects five new partners from the Rotman Full Time MBA program each spring. Partners are selected based on their integrative thinking skills, work experience and entrepreneurial sensibilities. The firm offers market research, strategic planning and implementation, customer and marketing strategy, performance improvement, and many other customized solutions to address a full-range of business problems.
The partners are supported by a Board of Directors comprised of Rotman faculty and industry professionals. The team also has access to a wealth of knowledge from a world class faculty and state of the art resources. “Rotman’s faculty includes some of the most accomplished and thought-leading business professors in North America. Their guidance on projects and topics adds incredible value to client engagements” said Nika Stelman, a new Partner and former consultant working out of New York City.
“On the strength of its 43 year history, a highly capable team of entrepreneurially-minded consultants, with privileged access to the expertise of the Rotman faculty, Impact delivers exceptional value to a wide variety of clients,” says Becky Reuber, a professor of strategic management at the Rotman School who chairs Impact’s Advisory Board.
