Baird to announce next phase of Canada’s direct-diplomacy efforts

TORONTO, ON — For­eign Affairs Min­is­ter John Baird will announce the next phase of Canada’s efforts in direct diplo­ma­cy, an ini­tia­tive to be under­tak­en in part­ner­ship with the Uni­ver­si­ty of Toronto’s Munk School of Glob­al Affairs.
